That combination of formal training and broad, lived experience is what lets her see the real issue clearly, even when it's tangled up in everything else going on.

She believes organizations thrive when their people do — employees first, customers second. Her approach blends organization development methodology with practical coaching: surfacing root causes, translating them into action, and staying close enough to the work to make sure things actually change.
