We don't parachute in with a pre-built solution. Every engagement starts with understanding what's actually happening — then we bring the right combination of frameworks, facilitation, and hands-on support to address it.

Our Practices

Facilitated sessions that bring leadership teams to a shared understanding of direction and priorities. We don't just document what people already agreed on — we surface the disagreements that are slowing execution and resolve them with the right people in the room.

The output is concrete: a shared definition of what matters most and how decisions will be made going forward. Teams leave knowing where they're headed and why — not just what was discussed.

Before recommending anything, we learn what's actually going on. Through structured interviews, validated assessments, and direct observation, we build a picture of where friction lives, what's driving it, and what's already working.

We diagnose before we prescribe. This is how we avoid the common consulting trap of applying a standard solution to a non-standard problem. Most of our clients tell us we surfaced things in the diagnostic that they couldn't quite articulate themselves.

Individual and group leadership development that meets leaders where they are. Depending on what each person needs, this includes certified executive coaching, 360-degree feedback and debrief, structured mentoring, and skills-based training.

The goal is real behavior change — not awareness without application. Rebecca brings seven active credentials to this work, including ICF ACC, Certified Executive Coach and Career Coach credentials from the Center for Executive Coaching, Genos International emotional intelligence certification, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner training, Love + Work, and the Leadership Versatility Index.

High-functioning teams don't happen by accident. Our RESPECT framework gives teams a shared language and a practical structure for how they operate together — covering roles, expectations, communication, trust, and accountability.

We use it to build new teams quickly and to untangle existing teams that have drifted into dysfunction. The framework is designed to be internalized and used independently, not maintained by an outside consultant. The goal is a team that doesn't need us to run well.

Interactive sessions designed for how adults actually learn — not slide decks with Q&A at the end. We facilitate live or virtually, and build sessions around your real situations, not generic scenarios.

Topics span leadership fundamentals, conflict and feedback, role clarity, change navigation, 1:1 effectiveness, delegation, and team operating agreements. Sessions are designed to be applied the next day, not filed away.

AI is moving faster than most leadership teams can absorb. Intent Management™ is the framework Keith developed to solve that problem — giving leaders a structured way to define outcomes, set evaluation criteria, establish decision authority, and set constraint boundaries so that AI-enabled teams stay aligned without constant supervision.

Dolce is the consulting implementation arm for the framework. We work with leadership teams to apply Intent Management™ to their actual workflows — as a workshop, an advisory engagement, or embedded support during an AI adoption initiative. If your teams are using AI tools but the work keeps drifting, requiring more oversight than expected, or producing output that misses the mark, this is the engagement to start with.
